“Charlotte has been working for RPM since August of 2013. She started off as the receptionist and then moved up to becoming the maintenance coordinator. Charlotte recently started working back up at the front desk and also still does maintenance coordinating. Charlotte was going to school to be in the medical field, but changed her major to business after working for RPM. Charlotte loves spending time with her 2 girls, her family, husband, and friends. On her spare time Charlotte enjoys kickboxing, yoga, and just overall working out.”
“April works in Lease renewal and graduated with a Business Degree. She loves to incorporate pastel and light colors into her business.casual attire because it highlights her life. Outside of work she loves to dine, and food is her life. She also loves traveling. When she’s not traveling, April likes to stay at home with a book and a cup of coffee or play video games. Her favorite video game is the Metal Gear Series. April also likes to play with her dogs and her younger siblings.”
“Emmanuel Buensuceso is a Senior Support Member at RPM Hampton Roads. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication and has been a part of the customer service industry for about five years now. He is passionate about the needs and goals of his clients and is always up for new challenges! In spare time, Emmanuel is pretty outgoing and likes to go to music and tattoo festivals. “Natalie has been working in the Real Estate Industry since 2012. She joined RPM Hampton Roads in 2013 working as a Leasing Agent, and then moving up to a Property Manager position. After a awhile Natalie took a break from RPMHR to continue her education and become a Real Estate Broker. In 2015, Natalie returned to RPM finished her schooling and earned her broker’s license. She has since become the Principle Broker for the RPM Dominion office and the Associate Broker/Customer Service Manager for the RPM Hampton Roads office. Natalie was born and raised in Ohio where she met her now husband of 11 years and has 3 beautiful daughters. She enjoys watching and attending Ohio State Buckeyes football games, remodeling projects, hanging with friends. “
Mary Christine “MC” Danner
“MC has been a Leasing Agent with RPM Hampton Roads since 2012. She has been able to assist many of our residents in finding a new home, and help through the process of applying! MC used to be a DJ on the radio and entertains the whole office with her various voice impressions! She is very outgoing and goes out of her to help everyone she comes in contact with. “
“Tara joined the Real Property Management team as the Director of Finance in 2011. She holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Tidewater Community College as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University. Outside of work, Tara enjoys attending concerts, festivals, and watching and attending Steelers football games. She also loves to travel and explore new places with her family and friends.”
Eijie (Jean) have 4 years work experience as a Customer Support Specialist and Technical Support for a large telco company based in Canada. Married to her husband Hermo and blessed with a lovely daughter named Jastine Loise. Currently finishing her degree in Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. She loves gardening, baking , joining fun run and making DIY crafts. She also loves traveling. Making new friendships, seeing beautiful places and meeting wonderful people. Life for her is like a journey. Sometimes the road is not always easy , sometimes you need to take alternate route & make some stop over . But never forget to enjoy the trip and have fun.
“Kenny has been working in the real estate industry since 2002, and has been with RPM since 2014. He has extensive experience as both a project manager and property manager, and enjoys the fast paced and challenging nature of managing homes. He has two children and enjoys spending time with family and friends. In his downtime you are likely to find him on the water trying to catch a fish.”
“Tom, a Navy Veteran, is our Property Reviewer at RPM Hampton Roads. He is happily married with a grown son who is an Officer in the United States Coast Guard. Tom enjoys spending time with his family, which includes three beautiful granddaughters. He loves to work outside and enjoys building, repairing, and planning. His vast knowledge is very helpful to RPM Hampton Roads. You can always count on Tom for maintenance advice and for assistance whenever you need him! “
“Ana Liza involved with maintenance support helping with communications between Property owners, tenants and the vendors. She carries eight years of experience in customer service from various types of industry. I, Graduated from the University of Mindanao, Davao City Philippines in the year 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. She majored in Human Resource Management. She has been working with RPM for almost a year, and has been working very hard as she fulfills her responsibilities with a positive attitude. Ana competently resolves issues that arise in the RPM Maintenance department.”
“Patrick was a former Technical Support Specialist for a large telco company in the United States and a Helpdesk associate. Being passionate for customer service, he joined RPM in May 2017. Due to his dedication, he was able to step up in October of same year is now handling a team of goal-driven people. Aside from being a tech junkie, his interests also includes music, playing bass guitar, skateboarding, playing computer games, resto hopping, and traveling. Being part of RPM is one of the highlights of his career in the customer service field.”
“Cris Bell is a lifelong learner, author, speaker, serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, executive. His leadership is focused on helping others achieve their fullest potential. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the successful scaling, growth, and systems integration with three companies. He is probably best known as a driving force behind Real Property management Hampton Roads spectacular growth from zero to $100 million in assets under management in just six years. Combined with hands-on experience negotiating acquisitions and developing strategic partnerships, there are few real-world business challenges Cris hasn’t faced. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Old Dominion University, and holds a Residential Property Manager designation, and is a licensed real estate professional in Virginia, a Residential Management Professional designee with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and serve as the current President of the board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers Southeast Virginia Chapter. He resides in Virginia Beach, Virginia with his amazing wife and two loving daughters.
In addition to his work in the business sector, he has a passion for learning and coaching the sport of amateur wrestling. He is an avid fan and volunteer who has coached for over 5,000
hours at the middle and high school levels. As a result of his efforts, many of my student athletes have received college scholarships. He also service as the assistant tournament director of two of the nation’s largest high school wrestling tournaments. However, his contributions to student athletes do not end on the mat. He also serves as a mentor and positive role model to
impressionable youth in the community through the Business and Entrepreneur Academy at Kempsville High School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in sports management from Old Dominion University, and holds a Residential Property Manager designation, and is a licensed real estate professional in Virginia, a Residential Management Professional designee with the National Association of Residential Property Managers, and serve as the current President of the board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers Southeast Virginia Chapter.
