Will you pay my mortgage, HOA dues, property taxes, or other related property bills?
Real Property Management unfortunately does not take on the responsibility to pay the mortgage, HOA dues, or taxes because these types of bills if not paid for any reason could result in a judgement, lien, and/or potential foreclosure on the property and for these reasons we do not extend ourselves to this liability. We will gladly pay your electric, gas, oil, water, and possibly even your hazard insurance if it is not escrowed with your mortgage. In any case you don’t want these bills paid late, and we can’t always rely on the rent to be paid on the first, so we would require these funds in advance and will hold your reserves to an amount equal to the cost of these expenses.
