Regardless of the number of properties we manage, our employee to property ratio is probably the smallest in town. We average 35-65 units to one staff, whereas most companies devote a minimum of 100 units to one employee. There are even companies out there with up to 200 units per employee. So we are actually in a better position to provide that personal service that most investors look for. Lastly, because of our size, our advertising campaigns are much greater reach, so our lead generation is much greater as well often leading to better qualified tenants for your property.
